Subject: Environmental clearance for Proposed High-rise Commercial Bldg. Plan on
T.P.S. No: 1(Lal Darwaja), O.P. No.9, F.P. No.7, Surat.
Reference: Minutes of meeting dated 16.07.2015

Sir,
We are planning to construct Commercial project having built-up area of 28866.5 sq.
mt at the above mentioned location. Accordingly, we have applied for environmental
clearance and our case was considered in SEAC meeting dated 16.07.2015 and
compliance of query raised is as follows:
1. Land possession documents showing the ownership of applicant for the project
site with O.P.No.9, F.P.No.7 of T.P.S.No.1 (Lal darwaja).
Land possession document showing F.P. numbers and survey numbers
are enclosed as Annexure: 1
2. Details on provision of ventilation, lighting arrangements, CO sensors & their
functioning etc. in basement.
Details are enclosed as Annexure: 2
3. Detailed traffic study & traffic management plan considering the floating and
fixed population including visitors as well as existing traffic density on adjacent
road during peak hours, projected increase in traffic density in operation phase
of the project, carrying capacity of the existing roads, its adequacy during
operation phase of the project and the measures to avoid the traffic congestion
in the interior as well as the exterior roads.
Traffic study and traffic management plan are enclosed as Annexure: 3
4. Details of fire fighting system including location of fire water tanks & capacity,
separate power system for fire fighting, automatic sprinkler system, fire
detection system with alarms & automatic fire extinguishers, location of fire lift
and fire retardant staircases, details of qualified and trained fire personnel &
their job specifications, nearest fire station & time required to reach the
proposed site etc.

Refer Annexure: 4 for firefighting measures and Emergency lighting

required for Fire lifts, auto glow digital indication boards/ emergency
escape lights, and fire fighting system will be back by 100 % power
supply from DG set. Location of Fire lift and staircases is shown in fire
drawing enclosed.
