Working as a safety officer under P.P.Construction at Aditya Aluminium Projects, Potroom
Operation lapanga, Sambalpur from 21ST March 2014 to 10 Dec.
Now Iam Working as a Safety officer under Hi-Technocrats pvt ltd at Hindustan Petroleum

Conduct daily toolbox talk

Everyday monitoring the work area to identify work hazards and taking
prompt action to prevent further mishaps. Keep up records.
Preparing checklist for different nature of job, based on risk
assessment.
Effective implementation of work permits system along with job safety
plan.
To check all the fire extinguishers of the plant Operating training in
monthly basic all workers .
Co-ordination with various Departments, Contractors and SubContractors on HSE related matters.
Preparation of monthly & quarterly safety report.

 Maintain all record as per safety norm.

Preparing safe working
procedures and giving training to workmen
follow.
Following all safety inspection check list.
Identification of un safe act and un safe condition .(Job safety

Investigation of accident including near miss cases.
Procurement and distribution of PPE and their usages.

and long side plate of pot shell, Aluminium Bus Bar & Anode Beam for Vedanta
Alumina Ltd. At Jharsuguda, Odisha Location.
Looking after the maintenance work of pot shell & Aluminum Bus Bar & lining
works. Also General Fabrication Work.
Looking after the maintains of various machinery at GAP, BAKEOVEN, RODDING
SHOP of carbon area & utility, pot room Operation
Checking & inspecting the job according to job & Guiding Worker.
Working at pot room Operation & Checking and Repairing of Anode Rod at Roding
Shop.
Checking and pot room operation tending, pot tapping, and pot skimming & pot
anode changing work jobs.
Properly handle all kinds Mechanical Eng jobs.

Passed +2 Arts from Beletikiri college in 2003 (C.H.S.E, Orissa) with 60% of Marks.
Passed Metric from Kaimati High School, Kaimati (B.S.E., Orissa) in 2001 with 40%
of marks.
