Industrial Relation at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited

I undertook a project on Industrial Relations where by means of questionnaires I tried to
analyze the relation between management and workers. This project enhanced my knowledge
about Industrial Laws and gave me a very important insight into trade union.
Also, we had a department visit, which helped me understand the various corporate HR
functions like compensation, policy, law et al.

One week stay at PRAYAAS an NGO in Devghar, Rajasthan in December 2004, with the aim of
getting an insight into the Rural India and seeing the role of women in Gram Panchayats.
