On September 11-13 we have the opportunity to
see this new movie at the Graham Cinema. Carolina Christian Church is leading the effort and several area churches are participating. Admission will
be free for the first 300 people in the six showings
over the three day period. Show times are: Friday,
September 11, 7pm and 9:30pm; Saturday and
Sunday, September 12 and 13, 1:30pm and 4pm.
Patrons are asked to purchase their concessions.
The movie is also a great opportunity to invite
those who have never entered into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Message from Pastor Reid

September could be a significant time on the End Time Calendar! There are two significant events to
keep a close watch on, both of which I plan to share with you about in worship. Pastor John Hagee and
other Bible scholars are drawing attention to the Four Blood Moons. The fourth blood moon in the
current tetrad will occur in September. This is only the fourth time in recordable history when the sun,
moon, and earth are aligned to produce a blood moon. The previous times were in 1493-94, 1949-50,
1967-68, and 2014-15. In each of the previous occurrences something significant transpired with Gods
chosen people. Given the recent developments in the Middle East, we should keep an attentive eye and
ear.

The second significant event concerning September is being highlighted by Bible scholars like Jonathan
Cahn. In 2001, on September 11, Americas hedge of protection was lifted and we suffered the loss of
many innocent lives at the hands of terrorists. Seven years later in September, 2008 was the collapse of
the US economy. Billions of dollars were lost retirement investments greatly lost or wiped out the
housing market folded. Cahn holds that both of these events in 2001 and 2008 were warnings allowed in
hopes that America would wake up and remember our God-given and blessed land in our relatively
short history. Now the question is being raised, seven years after 2008, as to what may happen to open
our eyes and reclaim Gods providential hand of blessing on our land.

Janet Hughes Janet has two remaining cancer

treatments both of which should be by the end of
August.
Cheryl Lewis Cheryl is doing better but is still
dealing with occasional breathing issues.
Kay McCall Kay is set to see a new doctor
soon she continues to deal with pain issues.
Hassell and Becky Corbett Becky health issues
are continuing Hassell is doing better.
Gladys Oakley Gladys has started cancer
treatments she is weak but in good spirits.
Ervin and Polly Stanfield Pollys health issues are
continuing.
James Scott James is recovering well from recent
surgery.
Teresa Jones Teresa is being treated for a physical
health issue and taking care of her mother.
Reid Oakley and Frances Woody Reid and
Frances are grieving the passing of their sister.
Tom and Joyce Moore Tom and Joyce are
grieving the passing of Toms sister.
