IMPORTANT
Proposal submitted after the event is held will NOT be considered.

1. All proposals must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the event.

2. Booking of INTIMA/SAO Assets (ie: soft board) will be approved AFTER the
submission of proposal whereby an event log ID will be issued.
3. When planning your budget, please consult the INTIMA Treasurers before
doing so.
Take note that your PROPOSED BUDGET must be EQUAL to
TOTAL REVENUE.
Subsidies are governed by the SUBSIDY GUIDELINES as issued by
INTIMA.
4. Please write the descriptions in a detailed manner as more attention will
be paid to it.
5. Any case of FRAUD committed by the organisers, penalties will be
impeded on the club/society.

DESCRIPTION
Objectives: To make green knight club to be more familiar in Inti IU.
Bonding with friends, get to know more new friends and
increase social skills
Intians can get interaction with mother nature and involve
in green activities
Description of event
This event will be held during short semester (27 June), estimated
about 40 participants, and the venue take place at Taman Botani, Shah
Alam. Duration is start from 6.30am -2pm. This event will be mainly
focus on cycling challenges. First of all, speech and opening ceremony
will be held. After that, we depart to Shah Alam by inti bus. Once
reach, participants do some warm up. Then, every participant rent a
bicycle at Taman Botani Shah Alam and their mission is to hunt object
by taking photo. There will be few groups with each group minimum 3
people and maximum 5 people. They will be given 20 different objects
to take photo with, thus they have to search by themselves riding
bicycle and take photo (selfie) with their respective place/objects. They
will be given maximum 2 hours; upon completing, time will be recorded
and they must return back to the starting point to submit their photos.
After that, return to Inti IU. Once reach Inti IU, lunch will be provided at
SB room. After that, prizes will be awarded to the winner groups and
dismiss.
