ParentMail +Pay

Behind the Badge

We have been notified by ParentMail that parents

will no longer be able to register their payment
cards on the ParentMail 2 system.

A force open weekend will be held on Saturday 3

October and Sunday 4 October between 10am and
4pm at Police Headquarters in Hutton, Preston.

This is in preparation for moving +Pay payment

service to the latest system (PMX) over the coming
months.

Lancashire Constabulary will open its doors to the

people of Lancashire inviting them to take a look at
what happens behind the badge.

Parents who have previously registered cards will

be able to make payments as before until their
card expires.

The event is being funded by money seized from

criminals in Lancashire and so is free to the public.
Tickets are named and adults are likely to be asked
for photo identification before admission to the
event. Bags, prams, and persons may be subject to
being searched prior to admission. All persons,
including young children and babies, will require
named tickets.

Those with new and un-registered cards will be

able to make one off payment via the ParentMail
website as normal but will not be able to register
their card to save card details for future payments
until ParentMail have migrated to the PMX system.
ParentMail apologise for any inconvenience this may
cause.

Please visit www.lancashire.police.uk/opendaytickets

for more information and to register for tickets.
