On Facing Felix Hernandez:


Every game we face him is a tough game. We have not really mounted much of an offense against him and thats just
how tough he really is. Hes tough on everyone really. We got down early, too. We knew it was going to be tough the
entire game and couldnt ever get anything going.
On Derek Holland start:
Derek threw the ball well with a couple of mistakes. I dont consider the first inning against Trumbo a mistake as that was
just a good piece of hitting by him throwing the bat out there. The pitch to Marte was a ball up and he got enough of it to
drive in the run. They were looking to get him to chase something there. The first pitch fastball to Cruz was really the one
that did us in. I felt Derek pitched a little better than the line looked.
