A real problem? So Wassup wit @AmnestyOZ? I sought to file the following 3 info updates at the
following AmnestyOZ webpage (check out the url - stinky Swiss Cheese it even looks rancid), only
to be told that I am BLOCKED under investigation as I might be SPAM. No doubt this is an
automated bot program that's been tweeked a little too tight (understandable given the problems for
Aust businesses being cyber-attacked in retaliation for our anti-human rights political agenders).
And no doubt once human eyes look at it I will be restored to my constitutional human right of free
speech (by Amnesty International at least). Anyone any doubts? Here's the url:

Please see original AmnestyOZ staff writer story, and the 12 comments already at that page. They
include about 1000 words of response of my own pointing out the Holacaustic operations of the
Australian family courts since 1975. Currently 2000 Aussie beat dead and distressed up parents
(1800 male and 200 female) suicide every year as a result of being tortured and violated in these 'no
fault' divorce proceedings that have nay a skerrick of justice or fairness or due process to them. An
A$40Bn SMASH and A$10bn GRAB feeding frenzy / slaughter of 90,000 innnocent Aussie
commoner families every year - to feed 20,000 Aussie family lawyers. KRudd & Co, say lets
increase Govt support for the Family Lawyers SMASH AND GRAB from A$2Bn to A$4bn. What.
So going to double the smashing for the same number of families OR double the number of families
being smashed? No doubt both volume and intensity will increase due to double funding. Is there
another so-called 'Western' so-called 'Democracy' that so hates its domestic families so?

No doubt this is an Amnesty Australia bot-program at play. Not an executive human decision.
Gagging the freedom of speech of a federal politician (though I am at this stage of my political
career a mere independent candidate for Federal Parliament) surely is a mega mea culpa for an
international human rights organisation and potentially a contempt of the national Australian
parliament?

Comment received today: Prof S Baskerville says "family law' is little more than organized crime, a
kidnapping and extortion racket. He writes of the US. Exactly what occurs in our quaint little
jurisdiction. Legally unimpeachable citizens, not accused of any civil or criminal breaches of the
law &not seeking litigation of any kind, hauled before secret courts &ordered to write cheques to
court officials on pain of losing one's children or jail. &doing same is no guarantee against having
one's children stolen by the state anyway. State sanctioned kidnapping is the phrase that comes to
mind. Also I wonder if .. McClelland can explain how a civil matter such as divorce can have jail
terms attached, (no juries involved) if one objects to the divorce industry's edicts? It is an
outrageous abuse of power. GK Chesterton predicted one day families would have to fight

There is a strong gender bias in the unconstiutional tyrannicidal family courts. These are reflected
in the 2000 suicides every year that it causes - 1800 beat dead dads and 200 distressed up mums.
But here is a comment I received from a fearless advocate on behalf of an distressed grandma for a
distressed mum, not 2 days ago.

because my daughter, who is recently single, is struggling to deal with the uses her
husband is making of the law, to enforce his wishes with regard to their child. My son
in law has abused his wife and their child, and that has been witnessed by a number of
people. She was granted a DVO when she first left. She has attempted to set up contact
between her child and his father repeatedly, but he refuses to cooperate with
supervision that isn't one of his family. So he hasn't spent time with their child for
about 6 months. Now, the family court has ordered that she hand her child to him (and
his mother because he's been ordered to not drive) for a three hour contact this
afternoon. This child is just about 3 yrs old, about to be handed to people he doesn't
know who are accustomed to relating with him in abusive, insulting terms. The court
ordered that the handover take place in a centre, but there's a waiting list for that and
my daughter's lawyer has said that she should do the handover anyway, or it will look
bad in court. So she's doing it. My daughter was already traumatised, and this seems to
be adding to the problem. I hope there are a few single mums here who've been through
the system and who can offer advice, encouragement, whatever. I really am getting to

Discussion of censure - contempt of parliament - Magna Carta Liberatum of 1215

The House of Lords (UK) recently censured a prominent London law firm for 2 of its
lawyers threatening an MP to try to stop him from speaking out on behalf of his constitutents inside
and outside of Parliament. The lawyers failed thanks to a www.twitter.com global social media
campaign. The lawyers are under parliamentary investigation (and facing prosecution and
professional disciplinary consequences). Despite the UK recently holdings its first jury-less
criminal trial in over 400 years (ie since King Charles Star Chamber was abolished in 1620s - just
before Charles lost his 'crown')
it seems that the UK retains some vestigates of constitutional human rights such as rights of free
speech of the people with their elected (query candidatorial) representatives, and those
representatives (candidates) rights ney responsibilities and obligations to voice those constituents
concerns. Funny that - the UK relies on Magna Carta Liberatum (King Johns Bill of Rights of 1215
and a couple of 13th and 17th century Amendments - King Edward III and Queen Ann) just like,
supposedly / pretendedly does Guatanamo Bay and even Australia. Yet it is AUSTRALIS TERRA
NULLIS LIBERATUM (GitMo Bay inmates have better UK inherited constitutinoal rights in
practice than 22M Australian commoners??).

Sobering statistics. So what does the Australian Government propose to do about it

(either the outgoing ALP KRudd one, and especially the incoming Abbott Liberal one)?

Me thinks that the KRudd idea of doubling Govt funding of the unconstitutional killer
Australian family law courts from AUD$2BN to AUD$BN is DUDD and KRUDD ==
Double the govt funding, double the stats - and the government will have no nation (no
families) left to rule.

Thank Goodness its a multiple election year (Aust, Vic, Tas). Me thinks the incoming
Abbott and other Liberal Governments will do something to at least slow the
accelerating KRudd ROT.
