All owners must file this signed information report on all tenants with the Homeowners Association in order to receive their parking permit(s).
Any cars without parking permits will be ticketed with possible fines to the owner and then be given 10 days to file this form, or vehicle will be towed
at owners expense. This completed form, the background check (subject to review and approval by the Homeowners Association), and a copy of the
signed Lease Agreement, and a current copy of Drivers License must be delivered to the Homeowners Association BEFORE a tenant can move in.
Parking Stickers are to be displayed on the inside of the front windshield next to the state stickers.
