 Finished successfully at Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (CPCL),

a subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation.

 Project Title: Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) based blender control
application using Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).

 Project Aim: To make use of PLC for the working of the CSTR, and
simultaneously control Temperature, Flow, and Level parameters.

Graduate Apprentice Trainee

 Responsible for checking loop from field to PLC in the newly commissioned
cement mill area.

 Responsible for calibrating nivo controllers, zero speed controllers in bag house
and bag filter areas.

 Responsible for calibrating coffee pod damper, and other dampers in Hot Air
Generator areas, and metal detectors in belt conveyers.

 Acquired knowledge in calibration of transmitters through HART

communicators.

 Acquired knowledge in the operation of various Electronic-measuring

instruments, solid flow meters, weigh feeders, vibration controllers, metal
detectors, nivo controllers, and dampers.
