    1.

    It is humbly submitted that this respondent is not aware of the allegations made by the

    petitioner in Para No: 1.


    2.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.2 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, the petitioners have

    no right invoke articles 14,16 and 21 of constitution of India unto approach this Honorable Court.
    3.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.3 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, the respondent has

    no way concerned with the affairs of the 1st petitioner Association.


    4.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.4 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, the averments

    made by the petitioners are true and correct.


    5.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.5 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, the averments

    made by the petitioners are true and correct.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.6 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, the averments

    made by the petitioners are true and correct.


    7.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.7 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, this respondent has

    nothing to do with allegations since it is the decision taken by the Government.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.8 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, the allegations

    made by the petitioners are correct.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.9 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, the allegations

    made by the petitioners are correct.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.10 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, the allegations

    made by the petitioners are partly correct and remaining allegations with regard to action taken by the
    respondents 1st & 2nd and other allegations are false.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.11 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, the allegations

    made by the petitioners are true.


    12. It is submitted that in so far as Para No.12 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, the allegations made
    by the petitioners are true and correct and remaining allegations not pertaining to this respondent.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.13 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, implementation of

    PRC-2010 scales are no way concerned with the issue raised by the petitioners and remaining
    allegations are not true and correct.
    14.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.14 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, this respondent is

    not competent to speak about the allegations in Parano.14.


    15.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.15 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, filing of earlier Writ

    WP.NO.24956/2013 and its disposal and direction given are true and correct.
    16.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.16 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, this respondent

    has no knowledge about the allegations made by petitioners in Parano.16

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.17 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, this respondent

    has no knowledge about the allegations made by petitioners in Parano.17


    18.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.18 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, it is a fact that this

    respondent increased Corpus Fund which is nearly about 2.15 Crores. The remaining allegations are
    not aware.
    19.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.19 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, the allegations are

    nothing to do with this respondent.


    20.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.20 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, the allegations

    made by the petitioners are false.


    21.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.21 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, the allegations

    are nothing to do with this respondent


    22.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.22 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, the allegations

    are nothing to do with this respondent


    23.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.23 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, the allegations

    made by the petitioners are false.


    24.

    It is submitted that in so far as Para No.21 of the Writ Affidavit is concerned, this respondent is

    not competent
