OBJECTIVES:
-to apply the theories I’ve learned in school

-to enhance my nursing skills

-to gain more knowledge in this profession

-to improve my attitude towards every individual

LEARNING FEEDBACK DIARY:

Nursing does not only speak of the nursing practices towards health but then, it
also involves understanding the totality of an individual, for the basis of care.

In my two weeks of stay in this hospital(NUESTRA SENIORA DE PIAT

DISTRICT HOSPIAL),I’ve learned simple things which could help me attain my
goal in the near future. I’ve realized that every individual needs care especially
those people who are sometimes not recognized in the society. In just a short
period of time I’ve showed my love and care to them and I know that would mean
a lot.
In relation to my personal life I would not be this person right now if I never
experienced having with them because meeting these kind of people is really
amazing and I felt no gap as I interact with them.

These learning’s will always be remembered and cherish no matter where will I go
and who will I be.
