Small business is the backbone of our city.

Local restaurants and small businesses here in Harlem
and Upper Manhattan, as well as those throughout the five
boroughs, make a big contribution to our city not only
to the local economy, but they help make New York the
best city in the world.
On the City Council, he is working to cut through red-tape
and stop bad ideas like Int. No. 1060 that would have a
negative impact on neighborhood businesses that we all
depend on.
