Reection & Weekly Readings

Thanks for a great 50TH anniversary event!

In what concrete ways are you living your faith

through service to others?

Adult confirmation prep Begins TODAY

Confirmation classes for those who have graduated

from high school will be held Sunday evenings
from 6:30-7:30 pm, beginning TODAY,
September 27. To participate, you must be a
baptized Catholic who has received First Communion.
The Confirmation class calendar can be found online
at: http://www.utcatholic.org/confirmation. You will need to
register and turn in a copy of your baptism certificate as soon as
possible. Contact Marti Salas at marti@utcatholic.org for more
information or to register!

Jesus teaches us that what we do matters. Discipleship is not in a

name but in our actions that announce we are followers of Christ.
What actions or habits do we have in our lives that fulfill the work
of Christ? What do we need to remove because it is contrary to the
way of Christ?
Readings for the week

Heartfelt thanks to everyone who made the UCCs 50th

Anniversary celebration such a success! The grand total
raised from the evening, including donations, sales, and
outstanding pledges is $93,690! Special thanks to our 15
table heads who purchased tables and to all those who
purchased raffle tickets and individual seats or who made donations
to the gala. Congratulations to our raffle winners, Robert Hadlock,
Mary Faria, Travis Kaspar, Diane key, and Terry Grayson! Well
have more information here in the coming weeks, so check back!
