1. EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE, GROUP CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
assist the Head in developing and implementing Group Corporate Development activities to
achieve the group business targets and objectives
analyze business information to ensure highest level of effectiveness of business development plans
assist in developing new businesses to complement current activities and also enhance on activities
to accommodate the current market trend
carry out market intelligence on related projects or proposals of market conditions, current trends,
competitors activities and other factors
conduct feasibility studies on proposed projects
preparation of the required tools and equipment for projects such as project papers, studies,
evaluation, report and presentations in order to further develop and enhance the project
analyzing, monitoring and evaluating the activities outcome and progress and
conduct analysis and evaluation of outcome
Education and Key Competencies
Degree /Masters in business administration, finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics or any
other related disciplines from a recognized institution
strong business acumen and analytical thinking
excellent organizing and planning skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
able to work independently as well in a team
excellent in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English Language

assist in the planning and managing recruitment and selection of staff
assist in identifying and managing training and development needs for employees
administer HR policies and procedures
administer compensation and benefits
assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management system
