Education, Skills and Abilities:


Massage Therapist Certificate. Excellent customer service, computer, telephone
and organizational skills. Typing certificate of 65 wpm. Over three years customer
service supervisory experience, with more than 12 years customer service
experience. Minimal supervision required once trained. Proven ability to establish
and maintain a positive relationship with internal team members and external
customers.
