During bus journey, one of the passenger on an eticket appears should carry the original identity card such as: Driving License, Election Card, Ration Card,
Photo ID card issued by Central/State Govt./Private Organisations, AdharCard, Pan Card, Passport, Credit Card with Photo identification, Student ID issued by any
Institute, Pass Book with Photo issued by any Nationalised Bank ,CAT CARD issued by APSRTC.

Important:
The seat(s) booked under this ticket is/are not transferable.
This eticket is valid only for the seat number and bus service specified herein.
This eticket has to be carried by the passenger during the journey along with an original photo ID Card of the passenger whose name appears above.
Please keep the ticket safely till the end of the journey.
Please show the ticket at the time of checking.
Corporation reserves the rights to change/cancel the service category.
BOOKING/CANCELLATION of tickets can be done before 1 hour of the scheduled start time at origin of the service only.
Partial cancellation is allowed in roundtrip tickets provided the same number and type (Adult/child) are cancelled in both UP & DOWN Journeys.
Free travel in city buses(except A/C buses) before 2Hrs. of departure time and after 2Hrs. of arrival time is allowed.

If waiting list ticket is not confirmed, please cancel the ticket within 15 days from the scheduled start time at origin of the service to avail full refund (for the unconfirmed seats
only) except service fee and reservation fee. Wait listed passengers will not be permitted to perform the journey.
Please note that fares are subject to change without notice. If you have purchased a ticket and subsequently the fares have increased then you will not be required to pay
the difference.
However, if you decide to prepone/postpone your travel dates, which requires reissuance of the ticket, the same ticket will be repriced at the applicable fare at the time of
making changes and the difference would have to be paid.
Please check your ticket after it is issued, for its correctness and we request you to read the Terms and conditions.
In case of detection of alteration of fare / Ticket No. / Journey details / etc., at the time of journey, in the paper ticket mailed to the passenger emailID, the registered
passenger of eticketing with www.apsrtconline.in is liable for prosecution under court of law.
If service is cancelled by APSRTC for any reason, customer can cancel the ticket within 15 days from the date of journey to get full refund, except Service Fee.
Cancellation is not allowed after 15 days from the date of journey.
