FINAL NOTICE
Sir
On behalf of my client Mr K. Srinivas Reddy S/o Obi Reddy a r/o.,
Chowdhariguda, Ghatkesar mandal, I would like to bring to your notice that you and
your partner Mr K. Ravi s/o
Mr Ramanaiah, r/o., Venkatadri Township,
Chowdharyguda Ghatkesar mandal had approached my client in the month of
Oct2014 and introduced Mrs P. Suvarna W/o. Sri P. Sudhakar Reddy resident of
mulkalapally, Mogullapally mandal, Warangal District, the vendor (land owner).
On mutual understanding and verbal discussion it was concluded that the you
and Mr K. Ravi s/o Mr Ramanaiah, r/o., Venkatadri Township, Chowdharyguda
Ghatkesar mandal would
1.) Build a house on plot no.16 Northern part, survey no. 729 admeasuring
105.5sqyrds, or 88.2 sqmtrs situated at korremula village, Ghatkesar mandal
with registration charges and
2.) Hand over all the original document pertaining to plot no.16 Northern part,
survey no. 729 admeasuring 105.5sqyrds, or 88.2 sqmtrs situated at korremula
village, Ghatkesar mandal to my client for a total cost of Rs 16,00,000/(rupees sixteen lakhs).
Thereafter for signing an agreement dated 04.10.2014 with Mrs P. Suvarna
W/o. Sri P. Sudhakar Reddy your partner in your presence had taken an initial token
advance of Rs1,00,000/-( rupees One lakh) from my client. Thereafter your partner
has also taken a sum of Rs 9,30,000/- (Rs Nine lakhs thirty thousand only) in three to
four phases from my client K. Srinivas Reddy S/o Obi Reddy .Thus the total amount
paid till date is Rs10,30,000/- (Rs ten lakhs thirty thousand only) including the
advance. Its been almost half an year with no progress.
On behalf of my client I would like to add that you have been purposely
delaying the issue with an intention to cheat my client by keeping the original the title
deeds with you, and with fraudulent intention to sell the same said property plot
no.16 Northern part, survey no. 729 admeasuring 105.5sqyrds, or 88.2 sqmtrs situated

at korremula village to someone else. due to which my client and his wife is going
through lot of mental stress, tension, agony and getting prone to long term diseases.
Therefore my client is compelled to give you this final notice. On his behalf I
request you to settle this issue and register the said plot no.16 Northern part, survey
no. 729 admeasuring 105.5sqyrds, or 88.2 sqmtrs situated at korremula village,
Ghatkesar mandal on the name of my client Mr K. Srinivas Reddy S/o Obi Reddy
against the balance amount of Rs 5,20,000/- (Rs five lakh twenty thousand only)
within seven days from this date. Failing which, I shall be compelled to proceed
legally.
Please note that the charges for this notice is Rs 3000/- (Rs three thousand
only)
