Sub: Reply to your notice dated 20.04.2015 with interest of resolving
the issue
Sir / Madam,
I would like to bring to your notice that the details mentioned by you in your
notice dated 20.04.2014 is incomplete.
On behalf of my client Mr K. Srinivas Reddy S/o Obi Reddy a r/o.,
Chowdhariguda, Ghatkesar mandal, I would like to bring to your notice that the
builder Mr K. Ravi s/o Mr Ramanaiah, r/o., Venkatadri Township, Chowdharyguda
Ghatkesar mandal and his partner Mr N.S.Reddy S/o., N.Reddy r/o., 6-148/1,
Chowdharyguda ghatkesar manda had approached my client in the month of Oct2014
and introduced Mrs P. Suvarna W/o. Sri P. Sudhakar Reddy resident of mulkalapally,
Mogullapally mandal, Warangal District, the vendor (land owner).
On mutual understanding and verbal discussion it was concluded that the
builder Mr Ravi and Mr N.S. Reddy would
1.) Build a house on the property and
2.) Hand over all the original document pertaining to plot no.16 Northern part,
survey no. 729 admeasuring 105.5sqyrds, or 88.2 sqmtrs situated at korremula
village, Ghatkesar mandal to my client for a cost of Rs 16,00,000/- (rupees
sixteen lakhs).
However for availing a bank loan my client was given the same document
showing the same barren plot no.16 Northern part, survey no. 729 admeasuring
105.5sqyrds, or 88.2 sqmtrs as sem-finished land by signing an agreement with Mrs P.
Suvarna W/o. Sri P. Sudhakar Reddy dated 04.10.2014 and by taking an initial token
advance of Rs1,00000/-( rupees One lakh).
Thereafter the land to suit bank conditions, Mr K. Ravi s/o Mr Ramanaiah and
Mr N.S.Reddy S/o., N.Reddy started the construction to match with the semi-finished
bank clause. During this phase my client paid a sum of Rs 9,30,000/- in three to four

--2-phases to Mr Ravi s/o Mr Ramanaiah. Thus the total amount paid was Rs10,30,000/(Rs ten lakhs thirty thousand only) including the advance.
Refreshing the initial discussion between my client Mr K. Srinivas Reddy S/o
Obi Reddy, Mr Ravi s/o Mr Ramanaiah and Mr N.S.Reddy S/o., N.Reddy and Mrs
P,Suvarna the total amount that was agreed for complete construction on the plot
no.16 Northern part, survey no. 729, along with handing over the original document
pertaining to the same was Rs 16,00,000/- (rupees sixteen lakhs) However inspite of
paying the total amount of Rs10,30,000/- (Rs Ten lakhs thirty thousand) and with
construction still incomplete, my client has shown willingness to pay the balance
amount of Rs 5,20,000/- (Rupees five lakhs twenty thousand), against all the original
land documents as agreed upon and settle the issue.
