Under the dynamic leadership of honourable Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Gujarat has set-up
a world-class Centre for Excellence for Entrepreneurship and Technology with its own incubation
centre International Centre for Entrepreneurship and Technology (icreate), under the aegis of
Gujarat Foundation for Entrepreneurial Excellence (GFEE).

various technologies, innovations and globalization.

Facilitate new age entrepreneurial pursuits of youth that focus on innovative applications for wealth

Advisory Board
icreates Advisory Board consists of an eminent group of stalwarts and visionaries from the industry
with Mr. N R Narayana Murthy (Chairman Emeritus, Infosys Ltd.) serving as the Chairperson of
icreate Advisory Board. The other Advisory Board members are Mr. Sudarshan Maini (Founder,
Maini group), Mr. Jyoti Sagar (Founding Partner, JSA), Mr. Tulsi Tanti (Chairman, Suzlon Energy), Mr.
Uday Kotak (VCMD, Kotak Mahindra Bank), Mr. K. Venkataramanan (CEO & MD, L&T Limited), Prof.
Jagdish Bhagwati (Columbia University), Mr. Harsh Mariwala (Chairman, Marico Limited), Mr. Dilip
Shangvi (Chairman, Sun Pharma) and Dr. Harry Yuklea (Technion, Israel).

icreates Board and Founding team consists of an experienced set of professionals with a
distinguished pedigree in academia and industry with Dr. Madhu Mehta serving as our Chief Mentor.
The other founding team and board members are Prof. N V Vasani (Director General of Nirma
University), Prof. B H Jajoo (Dean, IIM Ahmedabad), Prof. Sudhir K Jain (Director, IIT Gandhinagar),
Mr. V S Gadhavi (Managing Director, Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation), Mr. Parag Amin
(Inventor & a Serial Entrepreneur, Philadelphia, USA), Mr. K Thyagrajan (All India Head of HR &
Learning, Mott MacDonald), Dr. H Anil Kumar (Librarian & Head NICMAN, IIM Ahmedabad) and Mr.
M C Gupta (Company Secretary & Visiting Faculty at various incubators).
