During the day on March 13, 2010, the victim had been drinking an estimated
10-15 alcoholic beverages which she had been drinking beer and whiskey. The
victim got into a verbal argument with her boyfriend and ingested 89 Ibuprofen
tablets 200 mg. The victim was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital for
treatment and an Emergency Detention Order was completed.
