*Early can made from 1:00 AM - 7:00 AM will have a 50% charge of the room rate per night.
*Check in made before 1:00 AM will have one night charge.
*Check out after 12:00 Noon will have a charge of 200.00 Php per hour per room.

Payment terms:
*50% deposit for reservation via bank transfer
* The remaining 50% should be paid upon check in
*In case of unfavorable weather or other reason that trip needs to be canceled,
deposit is not refundable but it can be rebook.

3. Deposit the payment to Account Number (8913 - 1109 - 36) Account Name: Island Tropic Hotel and Restaurant.
4. Get the deposit then email the picture or scan copy to our email address (info@islandtropichotel.com).
5. After we verify your deposit we will send your confirmation of booking via email.
