widest range of Kababs, each served with 2 Roomali Rotis
Chicen/Lamb/Mutton- 300/Galauti Kabab: this is the king of all Kababs, not because
it was made for Kings but this is the most delicious Kabab
which satisfies the taste buds of people from all
demographies. It is a Minced meat patty flavoured with
proprietary Kabab Masalas.
Chapli Kabab: The tenderised and spicy chicken mince
shallow fried with mix of corriander, onions, garlic and
tomatoes.
Habibiya Chaap: Lamb Chops marinated with Figs , first
cooked on grill and then finished on Dum. It is so delicious
that is why it is called Habibiya or Mehbooba
Boti Kabab: The most versatile dish from Lucknow. It is
succlent pieces of boneless mutton, cooked in Dum in the
spices to yield semi dry masal gravy. Great
accompaniment with drinks and Roomali.
Mirza Hasnu: The Chicken stirps or Pasandas marinated
with spices and mixture of greek yoghurt and roated
besan. Girelled till they are 80% done and then finished on
Dum.
Kastoori Boti: The Chicken boti marinated with little
spices and egg yolks with roasted chna daal powder and
then grilled before they are finished on Dum.
Murg Dum Tikka: The traditional spicy chicken tikka
finished on Dum
Murg Angara: Very hot chicken tikka with tangy and red
chilli marination.

Murg Purluft: Boneless thighs of chicken marinated with


cream cheese, light spices and lots of fresh corriander and
then finished in Tandeeo.
Murg Hazari Kabab: Boneless cubes of chicken
marinated with the sauce made with the combination of
white continental creamy sauce and traditional kabab
masala.
Kalmi Kabab: Chicken thighs torn and flesh pulled off till
the rim of the bone and then beaten to shape it up as a
Kalam. Marinated in traditional tikka masala and then
grilled.
Gilaafi Seekh: Seekh Kabab with the layers of minced
mutton covered with minced chicken
Bhatti ka Murg: Traditional Tandoori chicken marinated
with special Kabab masala.
Seekhampuri : Chicken minced with herbs and spiced
and then shallow fried.
Vegan-250/Dahi Kabab: The shallow fried patties made with hung
yoghurt, khoya and cottage cheese.
Shabnami Shami: The shallow fried patties made with
chopped mushrooms.
Paneer Nayantara: The small cubes of cottage cheese
stuffed with tangy coriender-mint chutney, marinated with
spices and grilled.
Khoya Khumani: The galauti kababs made with raw

Arbi Galauti: Galauti kababs made with colocasia and


herbs.
Bhutte ke shami: Shami kabasmade with miz of sweet
corn and green peas.
Tandoori Seb ki handi: The apples stuffed with cut
fruits, dryfruits and chhat masala and grilled in oven
Noore-Jannat: Potatoes stuffed wth dryfruits, herbs and
cheese. Grilled till they are done and super soft.
Subz-e-Sikandari: Vegetbles mariated with exotic herbs
and ExtraVirgin olive oil and grilled till they are done.
