1 Student Maintenance
.1.1. Maintain School Intake
Determine maximum number of students for current enrollment year for every
academic year.

Features;
1. Functions provided: Add, Edit, Delete.
Getting Started;
1. Click on Maintain School Intake menu (Student Maintenance -> Maintain
School Intake).
2. The Maintain School Intake screen will appear.
3. This screen allows you to add, edit and delete school intake.

Add School Intake
1. Click on Add button.
2. Select Enrollment Year, Enrollment for Academic Year and key in the Intake
Capacity and then select End Date
3. Click Save button to save the new record.

Edit School Intake
1. Click on Enrollment Year in the Maintain Intake Information table to edit school
intake details.
2. Select Enrollment Year, Enrollment for Academic Year and key in the Intake
Capacity and then select End Date

Getting Started;
1. Click on Maintain School Booking menu (Student Maintenance -> Maintain
School Booking).
2. The Maintain School Booking screen will appear.
3. This screen allows you to edit school booking status and view student details.
Edit School Booking
1. Select Status and key in Remarks in the Maintain School Booking table.
2. Click Save button to save the changes.
View Student Details
1. Click on Applicant Name in the Maintain School Booking table to view student
details.

School Transfer).
2. The Maintain School Transfer screen will appear.
3. This screen allows you to edit school transfer status and view students transfer
details.
Edit School Transfer
1. Select Status and key in Remarks in the Maintain School Transfer table.
2. Click Save button to save the changes.
View Students Transfer Details
1. Click on Applicant Name in the Maintain School Transfer table to view student
transfer details

Getting Started;
1. Click on Maintain Student Information menu (Student Maintenance ->
Maintain Student Information).
2. The Maintain Student Information screen will appear.
3. This screen allows you to view and edit student information.
Search Student Information
1. Select search criteria by clicking the radio button.
2. Key in Name in full or partial or Student ID in search text box if you choose
Name or Student ID respectively as your search criteria or select Class if you
choose Class as your search criteria.
3. Click Search button.
4. Click View All to view all records without any search criteria.
5. List of Students table will be invoked, upon clicking Search button or View All
hyperlink.
