• Home medications instructed:
- Prophythrouracil 50 mg 1 tab once a day 1 hour before breakfast
- Piracetam (Neurocin) 800mg/tab 1 tab 3 x a day
- Clopidogrel (Planix) 75mg/tab 1 tab once a day
- Atorvastin (Lipitor) 80mg/tab 1 tab once a day at bed time
- Citicoline (Zynapse) 500mg/tab 1 tab 2 x a day
• Exercise:
- Advised deep breathing exercise.
- Stretching or walking exercise with assistance, avoid over exertion.
• Treatment:
- Take medications on time.
- Nebulize regularly as indicated.
• Health Teaching:
- Sit in a chair and let legs dangle.
- Eat nutritious foods.
- Avoid fatty and salty foods.
- Avoid dusty environment.
- Watch out for chest pain and shortness of breath.
- Advised adequate rest and sleep.
• Out-patient follow-up:
- Follow-up check up on September 15, 2009 at Room 511 in Marian Arts Building,
