INCIDENT REPORT

150139416

NARRATIVE
On 02/15/2015 at approximately 03:22 hours, Officer Ferronato #2386 and I were flagged down by a Latino male,
approximately 25 years of age, at the NE corner of Mission and Excelsior.
The male stated that there had been a large physical fight in an after hours bar located at "Pink Spot," a women's
clothing store located at 4Mission Street. The unknown male then walked away.
Officer Ferronato and I approached ')
Mission Street and I noticed that there appeared to be an opaque material
affixed to the inside of all the windows and the glass doors making it impossible to see the inside of the
establishment. I also noticed that, although the front glass door was locked, the metal security gate in front of the
door was unlocked and open. Officer Ferronato and I heard the sound of music and what sounded like many adult
voices coming from the inside of 4Mission Street. At that time, we did not hear sounds that were indicative of a
physical fight.
I knocked on the front door in an attempt to make contact with the occupants and investigate the possible physical
altercation that had occurred inside. Immediately after I knocked on the door, the music was turned off and the
voices quieted. Officer Ferronato and I knocked several more times in an effort to have someone open the door, but
to no avail.
Based on the above, I believe that there is an illegal after hours bar or club operating at 4Mission Street.
Officer Ferronato later responded back out to 4* Mission Street and took a photograph of Pink Spot which was
uploaded and attached to this report.
