Organization: United Providers
Presenter: Jennifer Lapioli
United Providers is a new residential program for
adults with developmental disabilities. They
contract with host homes and work to place
adults in homes for assistance with daily living
needs. They also provide in-home respite care for
adults.
They hope to provide day programing for adults
with developmental disabilities in the future.
Accept TRE / SLS Waiver Funding
No website at this time. The website should be
up within the next two months.

Zachs Place:
A licensed respite and childcare facility that
provides overnight respite care for
individuals with intellectual / physical /
mental disabilities
