Principals Press Release

Dear Parents,
We are pleased to announce that our community partners at
Ashland United Methodist Church have generously donated
refurbished computers for our students that currently do not have
home access. One device per household will be distributed to
interested families as our limited supplies allow.
If you are interested in receiving one the computers please come to
the PE Center stage to pick up your computer on one of the following
days and times. The computers will be given away on a first come
first serve basis.

to the computers. The device must be accepted in an as-is condition. Should you
choose to access the internet, use of any information obtained via the Internet is
at the students own risk. The District specifically denies any responsibility for the
accuracy, quality, or cost of information, goods, or services obtained through the
Internet.

You will need to sign a form to acknowledge that you have read and
agree to the terms of agreement when you pick up your computer:

Walk Your Child to School Day- October 7, 2015

Seven Oaks Annual Walk Your Child to School Day is Wednesday, October 7th. On this day students,
parents, caregivers, faculty and staff are encouraged to walk to school together.
Place: Meet at Ashland United Methodist Church (located down the street from SOES-MM)
Time: The Walk begins at 7:10am
Who: All students and their parents are invited to walk to school and around the school premises on
Wednesday, October 7th. All students MUST have an adult walk with them.

Please send this permission form back by Friday, October 2, 2015
