GENERAL MANAGER
I. POLICY
It is the policy of the HOTEL to ensure that the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
on process in defining the different types of Standard Operating Procedures.
II. OBJECTIVE
To provide the guidelines and standard procedures in Defining the Different Types of
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in order to:
Facilitate proper and efficient handling of the SOP procedure and SOP
templates;
Define and establish procedures and standards for undertaking the making of
SOP’s;
To properly define the different levels of Standard Operating Procedures for
proper distribution and coordination among different Division;
To ensure proper implementation and handling of Standard Operating
Procedures;
To ensure proper usage of the certified SOP Template;
Minimize possible losses of business and revenue potentials due to improper
handling of incoming SOP’s.
III. CONCEPT
This General SOP will define the different types of Standard Operating
Procedures of HOTEL
To Standardize the knowledge on SOP making.
