Third session:
Article 25
The candidate for the Bachelors degree studies shall attach to the application form the following
documents:
1. High school graduation diploma or its equivalent, with its transcript of records with their means
for the years of study, in original and a notarizedcopy. The candidates who are declared
admitted and enrolled as students, who wish to study abroad, shall not have the
notarizedcopies of their study documents released. These copies shall stay with the students
file until the deadline for keeping them archivedexpires;
2. Proof/ certificate of diploma recognition, issued by the National Centre for
Diploma Recognition and Equivalence at the Minister of National Education;
3. High school graduates, class of 2014, regardless of their baccalaureate session, may provide for
the immediate next admission session, a written proof which should specify the following: high
school graduation, general mean of the baccalaureate examination, proofs validity period and
mentioning that the baccalaureate diploma has not been released.
4. Notarized copy of birth certificate and marriage certificate (if applicable);
5. Medical proof, issued, respectively by schools medical offices, companys doctor or general
practitioner. For the candidates who request registration at the Faculty of Movement, Sports
and Health Sciences, Bachelors degree domain: Physical Education and Sport
andKinesiotherapy, the medical proof must compulsorily mention: ABLE/UNABLE for
physical effort and that he/she is not recorded with neuro-psychic disorders. In addition, for
the Faculty of Movement, Sports and Health Sciences, candidates must present the medical
examinations results, specified on the medical proof with the stamp of the doctor keeping
his/her medical records or on separate bulletins, as follows: eye examination, performed by a
ophthalmologist,resulting a minimum visual acuity for both eyes of 1/3 without correction, and
with correction of 1; myopia under 6 dioptres, pleuropulmonary examination (Micro-radiophotography - MRP), blood analysis - venerealogy (VDRL, syphilis).
6. 3 (three) recent colour photographs (5 photographs fortheFaculty of Movement, Sports and
Health Sciences), identity card type (3x4 cm). Photographs should be printed on normal
photographic paper.
7. Student registration confirmation, notarized copy of the baccalaureate diploma or any
equivalent diploma in the case of students who enrol in admission for a second domain. The
student confirmation letter should mention that the original baccalaureate diploma is in original
at the faculty and also the financial status of the student at that faculty.
8. Supporting documents (notarized copies of parents death certificate; written proof from the
house-of-children) necessary for the candidates who request a reduction of the entrance
registration fees, if they comply with the conditions to benefit from the respective
deduction.
9. Photocopies of distinctions based on which candidates request entrance without performing
the entrance tests (Art. 7, align. 3 MO 3.313/2012 and Art. 37 of the hereby methodology) or
entrance for attending courses of another domain (study programme), without paying tuition
fees. The photocopy shall be authorized according to the original by the Faculties secretariats.
10. Photocopy of identity card personal numerical code page, to prove the citizenship in the
European Union (if they wish to compete on the budget-funded seats, candidates should have a
notarized statement to show the candidate has not attended full-time budget-funded university
studies, except 2014 graduates).
11. Receipt of entrance fee, paid at universitys cashiers office;
12. Proof of knowledge of the language of study (if not verified by entrance examinations);
13. Envelope paper folder.
Article 26
Candidates at masters degreestudies should attach the following documents to the registration form:
1. Bachelors Degree diploma (including its annex/ annexes) in original and notarized copy.
For the 2013 and 2014 graduates, the original of the written proof is also valid, mentioning the
mean at the Bachelors degree examination and the mean of the years of study until issuing the
study document.
2. High school graduation diploma or its equivalent, with its transcript of records with their means
for the years of study, in original and a notarized copy. The candidates who are declared
admitted and enrolled as students, who wish to study abroad, shall not have the notarized
copies of their study documents released. These copies shall stay with the students file until
the deadline for keeping them archived expires;
3. Proof/ certificate of diploma recognition, issued by the National Centre for
Diploma Recognition and Equivalence at the Minister of National Education;
4. Notarized copy of birth certificate and marriage certificate (if applicable);
5. Medical proof, issued, respectively by schools medical offices, companys doctor or general
practitioner. For the candidates who request registration at the Faculty of Movement, Sports
and Health Sciences, Bachelors degree domain: Physical Education and Sport and

Article 27
Candidates at doctoralstudies should attach the following documents to the registration form:
1. Bachelors Degree diploma (including its annex/ annexes) in original and notarized copy.
For the 2013 and 2014 graduates, the original of the written proof is also valid, mentioning the
mean at the Bachelors degree examination and the mean of the years of study until issuing the
study document.
2. Masters Degree diploma (including its annex/ annexes) in original or an equivalent
diploma and a notarized copy or the original of the written proof is also valid, mentioning the
mean at the dissertation examination and the mean of the years of study until the issuing of the
study document.
3. Notarized copy of birth certificate and marriage certificate (if applicable);
4. Notarized copy (translated into Romanian, if applicable) of advanced studies degree or
masters degree (if applicable);
5. Notarized copy of birth certificate and marriage certificate (if applicable);
6. Proof/ certificate of diploma recognition, issued by the National Centre for
Diploma Recognition and Equivalence at the Minister of National Education, for the study
documents which are not issued by Romanian institutions;
7. Curriculum vitae;
8. List of published scientific papers;
9. Photocopy of identity card personal numerical code page, to prove the citizenship in the
European Union (if they wish to compete on the budget-funded seats, a notarized statement to
show the candidate has not attended full-time budget-funded master studies, except 2014
graduates).
10. Receipt of entrance fee, paid at universitys cashiers office;
11. Proof of knowledge of Romanian;
12. Envelope paper folder.
