BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Summary
Responsible for identifying business automation needs, assessing the impact on the existing
operational processes, capturing and documenting requirements, determining solutions to business
problems and then ensuring that functional/operational requirements are delivered by IT at the same
time supporting the business through the implementation process.
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of a four- or five-year course preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or
any business related course.
Must have three (3) to four (4) years of exposure to business functions preferably in the areas of
airline operations. Experience as a Key User in a major system implementation is a plus.
Must be able to demonstrate expertise on a business process and on the application that
supports it.
Must possess strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
Must have the ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively with people and manage their
expectations.
Must have the ability to anticipate and resolve problems.
MANAGER COMPENSATION

Designs, oversees, and implements compensation and benefits programs; Monitors and evaluates
the effectiveness of salary structures and benefits in both local and foreign stations; Formulates and
develops compensation policies and does consulting work with internal business partners such as
department heads on a wide range of salary issues on rank & file, administrative and flight personnel,
etc
Qualifications
Graduate of a four-year course, preferably Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources
Management or other related field
Preferably 3-5 years of supervisory work experience in the field of Compensation

METEOROLOGIST III

Job Summary
Provide current and forecast weather information for safe and efficient flight planning and prevention
of damage to Company aircraft, installations and facilities.
Qualifications
At least a 4 year college degree graduate preferably in Aeronautics or background in
Meteorology
Two years experience in an Airline or Meteorological office
Proficient in English language
Expertise in all aspects of Meteorology including interpretation of weather charts, prognostic
charts, weather satellites and typhoon tracking which can be explained to the pilots
