Blacksburg.HewasthenselectedasanEngineeringFellowatthe
RaytheonCompany,FallsChurch,Va.,workinginroboticsand
command,control,communicationsandintelligenceadvanced
systems.PriortojoiningAFRL,Dr.BaywasaProgramManagerin
theInformationExploitationOfficeoftheDefenseAdvanced
ResearchProjectsAgency,Arlington,Va.AtDARPA,hecompletedandtransitionedtheSoftwareEnabledControlProgram
andtheModelBasedIntegrationofEmbeddedSystemsProgram.Healsoinitiatedtwooriginalprograms:Heterogeneous
UrbanReconnaissance,SurveillanceandTargetAcquisitionTeamaswellasCloseCombatLethalRecon.
