What did you feel when you knew that you are graduating as a Cum Laude?
Overwhelmed. Di ko masyado expected kasi magaling yung mga kasama ko
(co-graduates). And at the same time thankful, thinking na ako lang mag-isa sa
course ko.
Did you expect this to happen? Is it your goal when you first step into college?
Hindi. Hindi ko to talaga goal. Ang gusto ko lang, gumraduate.
What are the struggles you've encountered in your studies?
Madami. Pero pinaka-naging struggle ko, yung mag-isa ako sa course ko.
What do you think is the secret to being a Cum Laude?
Yung na-imbibe ng mga professors naming sa lahat ng ginagawa mo, lahat
iaalay mo kay God. Yung ang ipplease mo lagi, si Lord.
Who are the person/s you would like to thank, or you think contributed to your success?
Profesors lalong lalo na si Dr. Sarabia, Sir Matt at Maam Vivian kasi pinush nila
yung quality at best na maiibigay nila; Maam Gina; Yung Educ Society, lalo na
yung limang Educ Seniors; FEU; yung family ko; yung partner ko na si Melo, at
yung family niya; yung CTs ko (Cooperating Teachers) sa OJT kasi very
supportive sila; Iglesia ni Cristo; at syempre, si God.
What do you think are the pro/s and con/s of being a Cum Laude?
Pros: Pride!!! Tsaka yung feeling na sa ganung paraan ko ibalik yung mga naituro
ng mga professors ko sakin, at yung feeling na napasaya mo yung mga
magulang mo. Tsaka front yun sa rsum.
Cons: Nakakapressure. Syempre Cum Laude ka, mataas yung expectations nila
sayo.
What do you think is your Tatak ng pagiging Tamaraw?
Always try for excellence. Wag lang basta basta. Dapat lagi mo ibibigay yung
best mo.

What did you feel when you knew that you are graduating as a Cum Laude?
I was happy because all I ever wanted was to do my best and I did not wait for
any recognition by the school or any faculty members.
Did you expect this to happen? Is it your goal when you first step into college?
I was not expecting anything from the school and in myself as well. In stepping
into school, it was my second career and all I want is to discover new skills or
talents, I did not want anything more.
What are the struggles you've encountered in your studies?
I particularly struggled in the school works and activities that we need to do on
our own.
What do you think is the secret to being a Cum Laude?
Being in an environment with friends that share common goals and interests and
common outlooks in life.
Who are the person/s you would like to thank, or you think contributed to your success?
God for giving me the talents, skills and wisdom; family especially parents;
Maam Calabria and Maam Oronico; my classmates for having instilled in me the
goals and outlooks that I should possess as a Marketing student.
What do you think are the pro/s and con/s of being a Cum Laude?
Pros: It can boost your confidence.
Cons: Im in a lot of pressure since I carry the name of the institution.
