Englishdoesnothaveaverbformspecificallyusedtoexpressfuturetense.Wehavetochoosefromavariety
offorms(using'will'/'shall','goingto',thepresentcontinuous,thepresentsimple,etc.)totalkaboutfutureevents.
Thefutureexpressedwiththemodalauxiliarieswillandshall+thebaseformoftheverbisknownasthefuture
simpletenseor'will'future.Keepinmind,however,that'will'doesn'talwaysservetoindicatethefuture.Wecan
use'will'totalkabouteventshappeningatthepresent.(Forexample:Thiscarwon'tstart.)
