    ThepurposeofthisemailistoinformyouthatasaCalissioshareholder,Ihavereceivednothing
    fromCORClearinginregardstoappointingareceiver.OneofCOR'sfilingsclearlystates:
    "intheinterestofprovidingfullandfairnoticeandopportunitytobeheardtoallparties,
    namelyCalissioshareholders,thatmaybeaffectedbytheappointmentoftheReceiverandthe
    subsequentpostpayableadjustmentsbyDTTC,[plaintiffwouldprovide]noticeofthe
    appointmentoftheReceiverand[anysuchpartyobjectingtothemotionwouldbe]givena
    chancetobeheardbeforeth[e]Court[rulesonthemotion]."
    ThisseemstoindicatethatIwouldhaveachancetoformallyrespondafterreceivingnotice
    fromCORClearing,howeverIhavereceivednothing.Inspeakingwithothershareholders,none
    ofushavehadtheabilityeither.Thusfar,Ihavebeenrelegatedtosendingemailstoyou.
    SincetheendresultCORislookingforwouldtakemoneyoutofmybrokerageaccount,how
    canitbepossiblethatIhavenoopportunitytoformallyrespond?Whereisthedueprocessin
    thisscenario?ItisMYmoney(I'vehaditforovertwomonthsandhavealreadyspentit)at
    stakehere,anditsimportantthateveryshareholderaffectedcanbeinvolved.Iamnotnamed
    inthislawsuit,sohowcanmymoneybelegallytakenfromme?
    Thiswholesituationdoesnotaddup.Shareholderswouldappreciateanopportunitytobe
    heardhere.Wedon'thavepowerfullawyersbackingusupasofyet,simplybecausewearenot
    namedpartiesinthislawsuitandwe'vereceivedabsolutelynocorrespondencefromthecourt,
    COR,Calissio,DTCC,FINRA,orourbrokerages.
    IwouldalsoliketoseeproofthatCORevensentnoticetoallbrokerageswithclientsthatcould
    beaffected.
