I am Absolute Knowledge only (5)

Hoo Vignan Swaroop chhu (5)
Recite this sentence five times after placing your big toe between your eyebrows
(or visualizing this). This is the method of connecting to the Supreme Soul within.
Hoo Shuddhatma chhu-I am pure Soul, is the interim state, and Hoo Vignan
Swaroop chhu-I am Absolute Knowledge, is the full state.

The Five Agnas

These five principles of Liberation are to be applied by all who have
received the Knowledge of the Self in the Gnan Vidhi. These five Agnas
allow You to use the divine inner vision of the Self to see the Self in all
living beings instead of seeing only the external packaging.
1. From the relative viewpoint, I am Chandubhai (Substitute your
name).
2. From the real viewpoint, I am pure Soul.
3. The world is governed by Scientific Circumstantial Evidences
(Vyavasthit Shakti).
4. Settle all files with equanimity.
5. Accumulate credit in the account of the pure Soul.
The Great Importance of the Five Agnas
Within this Self-Knowledge of ours, moksha (final liberation from the
cycle of birth and death) is a certainty if one remains within the Agnas.
There is no doubt about this.
This is possible if one remains within these five Agnas that I have given
you. I am constantly within these five Agnas and I have granted you that
same state. Your goal will be accomplished if You, too, remain within
these Agnas.
Abiding by the five Agnas accomplishes everything.
These five Agnas will bring benefit long after I am gone. They are alive.

Agna is the religion. Agna is the penance.

Vidhi Before Samayik

Prayer Before Introspection as the Self
Dear Dada Bhagwan, Dear Lord Simandhar, grant me the absolute
energy in this samayik to see, from the vantage point of the Self, all [say
the topic of samayik] faults committed in this entire life, to see them as they
are, and to observe the performance of pratikramans for the same.
I surrender the mind, speech and body, bhaavkarma, dravyakarma,
nokarma, [your name], and all illusion related to this name, unto the lotus
feet of the awakened Lord Shri Dada Bhagwan.
I am the pure Soul free from the mind, speech and body, bhaavkarma,
dravyakarma, nokarma, [your name], and all illusion related to this name.
I am pure Soul. (3)
I am absolute pure Soul. (3)
I am the light of absolute knowledge. (3)
I am full of infinite knowledge. (3)
I am full of infinite vision. (3)
I am full of infinite energy. (3)
I am full of infinite bliss. (3)
I am pure Soul. (2)
Now enter into the depths of the inner Self and, in the presence of the light of
the Self, observe the events that appear before you.

Awareness of the Eternal is Bliss

Meditation as Sleep Comes

25

Every night at bedtime and until sleep comes on, visualize the face of
Lord Simandhar or Gnani Purush Dadashri and quietly recite, I am pure
Soul, I am pure Soul yet with sufficient volume so that you can hear
these words.
The Vidhi to be Performed Before the
Anticipated Verbal Interaction with a Sticky File
If the necessity arises to say anything to a sticky file, then see and
invoke the pure Self in that file first. Then, within the mind, do the following
vidhi:
First say, Dear Dada Bhagwan, grant me the energy to speak words
that will heal and bring closure to the mind of [name of file]*.
Next, tell file number one to speak words such that closure will be
brought to the mind of [name of file]*.
Finally, say, Dear Padmavati Devi, please remove all obstacles in my
interaction with [name of file]* so that there is closure in the mind of
[name of file]*.
Proceed with the conversation after doing the above vidhi. Do this
within your own mind before the anticipated conversation, or even after the
conversation commences, it does not matter. Speak with this adjustment. If
you use this vidhi, opposition in speech interaction will not arise and this file
will be settled with equanimity. Otherwise, one does not settle the file with
equanimity and has no idea of what to say to the other person. Do make
this adjustment. This is convenient for all of you to use, is it not? Otherwise,
even a single sentence uttered creates conflict and havoc. You will not
forget this vidhi, will you?
~ Dadashri
* Recall the name of the sticky file.
The Samayik of Separation
Note: The name Chandubhai refers to file number one, the non-Self complex.
Wherever you see the name Chandubhai, insert your own name.

26

Dear Lord, the pure Self within,

You are separate and Chandubhai is separate.
Dear Lord, the pure Self within,
You are real and Chandubhai is relative.
Dear Lord, the pure Self within,
You are permanent and Chandubhai is temporary.
I am separate from Chandubhai. Grant me the energy to remain as
I and let Chandubhai remain separate. Dear Dada Bhagwan, shower your
grace upon me. My only work is to see and know what Chandubhai is
doing.

How I did Pratikraman for the Entire World

Moksha comes nearer with every mistake destroyed through repeated
pratikraman.
Whenever you are free, keep doing pratikraman repeatedly for sticky
files. You have to tell Chandubhai (file number one) to simply continue
doing pratikraman. You have to do this for all the family members at home.
You have hurt the family members in the past and for all these mistakes,
pratikraman needs to be done. Ask for forgiveness for any faults of
attachment, abhorrence, sexual matters and/or any kashays (anger, pride,
deceit or greed) committed in uncountable or infinite past lives. In this
manner, focus upon one family member at a time and do pratikraman for
him or her for one hour.
Next, take every individual in your neighborhood and, in the same
manner, continue doing pratikraman with full awareness. With this practice,
your load of guilt will lessen significantly. Otherwise, this load will not
lessen. You have to do pratikraman for your mother, father, brothers,
sisters, relatives, friends and business associates because they each
represent very sticky-file relationships with you. So do your pratikraman by
recalling all your near relatives and distant relatives. Take one single family
and go back several generations; recall all of them. If you do pratikraman
for any faults committed against each one of them for one hour, many
horrible karma will be burned to ashes within; and they will become clear
and free from vengeance towards you in their minds.
If you cannot sleep at night, internally make this adjustment of
pratikraman and it will proceed. Are you not yet making such adjustments?
Making this adjustment is such that once the movie of seeing your faults
begins You will experience tremendous bliss. This bliss will naturally
overflow because during the process of pratikraman, the Self remains as
the pure Self there is no interference from any other element. Start doing
this tonight, and if you run out of time, take it up the following night and
then again the night after that.
Moreover, you should do pratikraman for anyone who you know in your
town or city. If you have hurt anyone in your vicinity, or if you are upset with
someone, this will need to be washed, will it not?
For moksha, all accounts have to be cleared. While resting after lunch,
doing this routine of pratikraman will prevent sleep and yet you will still feel
rested.

As long as you harbor any of my faults within your mind, it does not
let me rest in peace. Therefore, when I do pratikraman, the faulty vision
within you, towards me, gets washed away.
