Trainers' name: Alicja Bartosiewicz

Level: B1/B2/
Aim: to practise verb forms (infinitive, bare infinitive, gerund) after verbs
and adjectives
Timing: 20 minutes
Materials Needed: one worksheet per student
Stages:
1. Individual work: ask students to write the proper form of the verb to do
in the right-hand column (to do, do, doing). The left-hand column
should be left empty.
2. Check answers.
3. Pair work: one student in the pair folds the worksheet so that they dont
see their answers. The other student can see the answers and tests their
partner, choosing numbers at random. Change of roles.
4. As a follow-up ask students to to substitute do with another verb in
each sentence.
