Psionic Pacifist

In a world where conflict usually means violence, where good and evil meet regularly on the field of battle, where
might too often makes right and power is measured in gold peaces, the psionic pacifists are lone souls mastering
their own physical and mental development while avoiding to harm living creatures. Having completely forsworn
violence in any form, the psionic pacifist is an advocate for nonviolent resolution of conflict. He is a powerful font of
psionic manifestations, but his powers are all aimed toward calming hostility and aiding his allies.

Class Skills (4 + Int modifier per level): Autohypnosis, Balance, Climb, Concentration, Craft, Diplomacy, Escape
Artist, Heal, Hide, Jump, Knowledge (psionics), Knowledge (religion), Listen, Move Silently, Psicraft, Sense Motive,
Spot, Survival, Swim, Tumble.
Monk Abilities: Your psionic pacifist class levels stack with your monk levels for the purpose of determining your
bonuses to Armor Class and unarmored speed. Your class levels do not apply to other monk abilities such as
unarmed damage, flurry of blows, slow fall, and so on. A monk who becomes a Psionic Pacifist may continue
advancing as a monk.
Uncanny Dodge (Ex): You can react to danger before your senses would normally allow you to do so. You retain
your Dexterity bonus to AC (if any) even if you are caught flat-footed or struck by an invisible attacker. However, you
still loses your Dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized.
If a psionic pacifist already has uncanny dodge from a different class she automatically gains improved uncanny
dodge instead.

Powers Known: Beginning at 2nd level, you gain additional power points per day and access to new powers as if
you had also gained a level in whatever manifesting class you belonged to before you added the prestige class. You
does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained (bonus feats, metapsionic or
item creation feats, psicrystal special abilities, and so on). This essentially means that you add the level of psionic
pacifist to the level of whatever manifesting class the character has, then determines power points per day, powers
known, and manifester level accordingly.
If a character had more than one manifesting class before she became a psionic pacifist, she must decide to which
class she adds the new level of psionic pacifist for the purpose of determining power points per day, powers known,
and manifester level.
If the character did not belong to a manifesting class before taking this prestige class, she does not gain manifesting
levels.

Pacifist Manifester (Su): Beginning at 2nd level, whenever you manifest a power that does not induce any kind of
damage, add 1/2 your psionic pacifist class level to your manifester level with the manifestation of that power.
The manifester level boost gives you the ability to augment your powers to a higher degree than you otherwise could.
Level-dependent power effects are also improved. This improvement in manifester level does not grant you any other
benefits (psicrystal abilities do not advance, you does not gain higher-level class abilities, and so on).
You cannot use the Overchannel psionic feat at the same time.
Mettle (Ex): At 3rd level and higher, you can resist unusual attacks with great willpower or fortitude. If you make a
successful Will or Fortitude save against an attack that normally would have a lesser effect on a successful save
(such as any power with a saving throw entry of Will half or Fortitude partial), you instead completely negates the
effect. An unconscious or sleeping psionic pacifist does not gain the benefit of mettle.
Improved Evasion (Ex): At 5th level, your evasion ability improves. You still takes no damage on a successful
Reflex saving throw against attacks, but henceforth you take only half damage on a failed save. If you are helpless
you do not gain the benefit of improved evasion.
Improved Uncanny Dodge (Ex): At 7th level and higher, you can no longer be flanked. This defense denies a rogue
the ability to sneak attack you by flanking you, unless the attacker has at least four more rogue levels than the
psionic pacifist has class levels. If a character already has uncanny dodge from a second class, the character
automatically gains improved uncanny dodge instead, and the levels from the classes that grant uncanny dodge
stack to determine the minimum level a rogue must be to flank the character.
Power Resistance: At 9th level, you gain power resistance equal to 10 + your character level.

Flaws
Pacifist: Whenever you voluntarily induce any damage (direct or indirectly) to a living creature that did not voluntarily
damage you before, your bad conscience bestows you 1 negative level for 1 day after your full night's rest.
Whenever you breach again while still afflicted by negative levels from this flaw, you gain the negative levels from
this days plus 1 additional negative level at the following day (maximum character level minus 1).
