1. To enroll for at PANCHLAXMI COMPUTER SOLUTION you simply have to fill a
PANCHLAXMI COMPUTER SOLUTION application form and return it with relevant
details and documents to the center director.
2. If you like a seat reserved for you on the course you have selected, you have to
deposit that non-refundable tuition fee.
3. All fee and charges are no refundable in any condition.
4. Students are required to attend all lectures, classes, lab complete test and submit
written work as required by the faculty.
5. The rules and regulations enforced from time to time will be binding on the
students.
6. PANCHLAXMI COMPUTER SOLUTION reserves the right to after dates in order to
facilitate or improve the provision of the course. These changes will in no way
effect other terms and condition of students enrolment in the courses.
7. All changes of address must be immediately notified in writing to our office.
8. False information on the application form may render the student liable expulsion.
9. PANCHLAXMI COMPUTER SOLUTION reserves the right to change the location or
its centers or part thereof.
10. All disputes are subject to Sawai Madhopur jurisdiction.
11. We reserve the right to change the timing of any batch for study or to transfer
any student to a particular batch.
12. Student must maintain high moral and good behavior.
13. Attendance:- the student of the institute is expected to maintain a minimum of
75% attendance as almost emphasis is given to regular attendance and
punctuality during the entire course. Prior sanction of leave.
a. Continuously more than 1-week leave will not be sanctioned.
b. If students take leave without information he/she will be fined of rupees 20
per day.
c. There is no responsibility of the institute to recover the course missed
during the leave. If any student, without prior sanction of leave, do not
appear in class continuously for a period of 1-week, he/she will not be
allowed to rejoin the classes and his/her enrollment will be canceled, if the
student wants to rejoin the class he/she will have to pay a sum of rupees
200/- as rejoining fee.
d. If a student wants to repeat a class for the same subject he/she will have
to deposit 10% of the total fees for the subject.
e. Only ten leaves will be sanctioned for duration of course.
14. PANCHLAXMI COMPUTER SOLUTION reserve the right to expel a student if he/she
does not fulfill the above deposited are requirements or for behavior disruptive to
the general conduct of PANCHLAXMI COMPUTER SOLUTION. Fee once non
refundable.
15. The terms and condition are subject to be changed or/and altered without prior
notice.
