a) Plant Machinery Maintenance System


Used for generating Preventive and Corrective maintenance work orders of various equipments in the plant
and keep history for analysis. Also had modules for scheduling regular maintenance and breakdown
analysis. Create and send management style reports on demand and on scheduled frequencies.
b) Hospital Information System (Sunitidevi Singhania Hospital-Mumbai-India)
SSH was a State-of-the-art international Hospital with computerization throughout their process. The
HealthCare system was used for keeping records for Indoor-Patients as well as OPD right from registration
through discharge. The system effectively and efficiently managed data capture for patients, medicine
transaction and inventory, rooms and bed allocation, appointments, payments and more. System also create
custome reports for finance, inventory and management.
c) Payroll & HR Information System
The payroll system was used for salary calculation for employees, maintain benefits information, link with
other HR systems and more. Also maintained leaves, salary advances, personal loans, generate pay slip,
bank statement, finance reports, statutory statements for government agencies including Provident Fund,
PTAX, Income-Tax Statement.
d) Dispatch Monitoring & Invoicing System
DMS maintain entire operations for Dispatch of Finished Goods-Cement. The Mainframe system receives
the orders from the regional offices across the nation and converts to works order number called Dispatch
Instruction and send to DMS for order processing. The sales system allocates the material, reserves the
material for the particular order. If material is not available then raise the requisitions to production planning
dept., Maintains finish product stock.
e) Production Planning Control System
PPS was used for production planning based on the orders available by the marketing regions and to
generate production plans periodically, deliver workorder Instructions to the dispatch section. The system
records data like stock available, dispatches-made, raw material stock etc. Creates analysis reports for MIS
and generates requirement sheet for raw-material etc. It was integrated with the Dispatch & Invoicing
System.
