do
about
this
now?
There
are
several
legal
ac?ons
currently
under
way,
both
by
legal
founda-‐
?ons
(i.e.
Mark
Levine)
and
a
coali?on
of
State
ALorneys
General
in
Federal
court.
There
is
talk
of
an
effort
to
repeal
next
January
depending
upon
the
outcome
of
this
November's
elec?ons.
These
efforts
are
to
be
lauded.
But
we
need
to
fight
this
baLle
on
as
many
fronts
as
possible.
Legal
ac?on
or
congressional
repeal
may
take
years.
Another
avenue
provides
a
solu?on
that
may
be
achieved
in
less
?me
and
also
echoes
the
principles
upon
which
our
country
was
founded.
Sovereignty:
Policy
devised
at
a
local
level
by
the
ci?zens
who
live
there
and
know
it
best
is
the
answer.
