Sir,
Most respectfully it is stated that I, Zeeshan S/o Rahmat Khan have been
performing the duty since 2011, under the pretext of ADP project. Sir, I was appointed as a
watchman, but later on I was assigned the task of driving with officials of this Directorate of
Archaeology & Museums. The assigning of the task of driving being a watchman it was your
confidence upon me to which I absolutely done and am still performing the duty of an immediate
driver and as well as industriously performing the duty in the office work as well.
As passage of time, I have gained a vast experience either office work and
driving also. Notwithstanding, in these dearness days it is not possible for me to cope with a
progressive increase in the general level of prices, nowadays. A little while back some posts of
Drivers have been advertised in Daily Express, dated 14-11-2015 to fill the space of drivers
according to the need basis for which I offer my services as a driver on contractual ground.
Being a work charge employee of this office in the project, having ample experience and
fulfilling requirements needed of the post of Driver, I consider myself more deserving than others
for appointment against the subject post, as to a bird in hand is worth two in a bush.
Reverend Sir; keeping in view the above facts, I earnestly request that I may
kindly be appointed on the aforementioned post. I assure you I will leave no stone unturned to
discharge my duty more efficiently and effectively.

I belong to very poor family and it is ungraspable for me to bear the burden of my family with a
