The Property Development System is a secure online system that centrally manages processes
and disseminates property development applications.
Delivery Highlights
Given the fact that the initial requirements were captured by the client almost three years prior to
implementation, there were a large number of scope variances due to policy and procedure changes
that were required. The Digital Groups flexible software development methodology allowed ITC to
accommodate these changes within the project budget while achieving the objectives of the system.

Forestry License Application System
Applying for Forestry Logging licenses involves making
an application to either NLTB or DOL depending on the
type of application. This involves multiple visits to

from agencies in a timely manner.

Integration of eScholarship back end system with the front end scholarship system and
including complex workflow logic of the system was a significant challenge. The Digital
