1.Provide status updates and progress reports for WSR creation as per schedule d
ecided by Project/Team lead.
2. All deliverables should be stored in one of the configuration management syst

I have always given my contribution to the team to the fullest. I keep on review
ing my code on timely basis.
As i continue completing my tasks and assignments i keep updated my team lead fo
r the same.
Firstly i go through the fsd to understand each key concept and the challenges s
o my code is inline with design.
I keep fixed to deadline , mostly prior never late.
2. Customer satisfaction
Help the team to Timely Response to customer requests - Provide necessary inputs
on time:
1. Provide immediate update to the lead/team for any customer request.

I have always ensured that the issues are completed on time even if it required
to stretch out of my office hours to complete it and also informed my TeamLeader
about the progress of the issue.There are some cases where in the assigned issu
e will be a complex one and that cannot be completed on time. In such scenarios
I will keep the customer informed about the progress and the difficulties that I
encounter through my Team Leader and Project Manager.
3. Quality and Process
Compliance to the processes and standards:
1. Build-up awareness about quality processes that are followed in the Wipro and
customer, based on which overall process in project is defined. Ensure complian
ce to them, zero non-compliance.
2. Quality of the deliverables should be as per client s expectation or as set by
the project delivery guidelines

4. Follow process to ensure safety of customer provided resources.

Self review is the best way to avoid errors or bugs.BEfore completing my assigne
ment i review the code and the task thoroughly for minimum bugs in it.I comply w
ith all the wipro policies and try maintaining the same throughout the completio
n of project.
I keep getting reviews from team leads,managers and colleagues.I maintain a repo
rt so that at later time i can go through it and rectify all the errors.This met
hod in a way helps to revaluate myself.
MInute to minute details are also timely updated so that at any later time i can
go through any pending tasks

I have completed my UCF_CES-BPM_L1.1.While completing this i have gone through J
ava,J2ee,DBMS,Pega.
I have gone through all the mandatory trainings and skills.Currently my role is
system architect in which i am utilizing all the learned skills to the fullest.

I have cleared UCF before target only with 70% and Mock csa i.e top up is comple
ted for CSA with 87% and about to give my CSA next week.

I have been coordinating well with all my project members and I have involved in
all the team activities in my project. So, it gave me an opportunity to share t

any difficulties in the issues assigned to me, I will get clarified of them from
my senior team members. I have not received any escalation on team work from Pr
ogram Manager or Team Lead because of my fault

I have been working on Pega from last 6 months. During this interval i have unde
rgone training for 2 months and now working with Autoloan generating process for
Siam Commercial Bank account.I have attended training for Pega and completed my
mock csa top up with 87% and about to give CSA next week.I have cleared my UCF
before target date and now about to give my CSA certification.
