Completeness of Deliverables :
1.Provide status updates and progress reports for WSR creation as per schedule d
ecided by Project/Team lead.
2. All deliverables should be stored in one of the configuration management syst
ems
Clearcase, local CVS etc.
Problem solving - understand the problem and implement solutions under guidance
1. Code should be inline with design.
2. Implement the solution by writing Optimised and reusable Code.
Timeliness of Deliverables - No schedule deviation
1.Zero Schedule deviation for all the activities assigned.
2.Zero Not in Time Index
I have always given my contribution to the team to the fullest. I keep on review
ing my code on timely basis.
As i continue completing my tasks and assignments i keep updated my team lead fo
r the same.
Firstly i go through the fsd to understand each key concept and the challenges s
o my code is inline with design.
I keep fixed to deadline , mostly prior never late.
2. Customer satisfaction
Help the team to Timely Response to customer requests - Provide necessary inputs
on time:
1. Provide immediate update to the lead/team for any customer request.
Appropriate, timely, unambiguous communication:
1. zero negative feedback from customer
I have always ensured that the issues are completed on time even if it required
to stretch out of my office hours to complete it and also informed my TeamLeader
about the progress of the issue.There are some cases where in the assigned issu
e will be a complex one and that cannot be completed on time. In such scenarios
I will keep the customer informed about the progress and the difficulties that I
encounter through my Team Leader and Project Manager.
3. Quality and Process
Compliance to the processes and standards:
1. Build-up awareness about quality processes that are followed in the Wipro and
customer, based on which overall process in project is defined. Ensure complian
ce to them, zero non-compliance.
2. Quality of the deliverables should be as per client s expectation or as set by
the project delivery guidelines
3. Maintain review records.
4. Follow process to ensure safety of customer provided resources.
Quality of Documentation:
Zero cosmectic errors.
