Lindseywasalwaysontime,followeddresscodeguidelinesandcarriedherselfprofessionallythroughouttheentirerotation.Sheshowedmaturityand
understandingofpharmacylaws,includingHIPAAandothers.WheneverLindseycompletedherassignmentsaheadoftime,whichhappenedquiteoften,she
wouldaskifshecouldhelpoutforothertasks.Ondayswhentherewasnospecificassignment,shewouldseekforprojectsherself.Oneoccasion,sherana
reportusingOutcomeswebsitetogetalistofallpatientswhomwehadperformedMTMonthencalledeachoneofthemtomakesuretheirvaccinationneeds
arecompletedfortheyear,especiallyfluvaccine.Inaddition,Lindseywasopentofeedbackandalwaysshowedapositiveattitudetowardslearningtoget
better.

Lindseytransitionedherselfintopatientcounselingonherveryfirstday.Whenobservingandlisteningtohercounselingpatients,IcouldseeLindsey
wasconfidentandusingsupportingevidencetoprovidepatientswithaccurateinformationyetshealsodemonstratedanamazingabilitytoexpressherempathy
towardspatientsortheircaregivers.Ourpatientsleftthepharmacycounterinformed,satisfied,andmovedbyhercaringwordsandgestures.Lindseyalso
provedsheisreadytotakeherpracticetothenextlevelwhensheworkedwithotherhealthcareprofessionals.Shewasconfidentinmakingrecommendations
foralternativeregimenduetodrug-drugordisease-druginteractions.Ifforsomereasonsshewasnotsure,shewouldresearchcarefully,consultwithour
