2015 which will take place at Jalan Kia Peng, Kuala Lumpur from 16th - 22nd November 2015.

Event Venue
The 1 ASEAN Entrepreneurship Summit (1AES) 2015 will be held at the following locations;

Hall 1 - Prince Court Medical Centre (PCMC)

Halls 2,3 and 4 - Malaysian Design Development Centre (DDEC)

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Please remember to bring along THIS LETTER or the CONFIRMATION LETTER with you or remember your
ID number (as indicated in the confirmation letter) in order for you to claim your delegate badge from the registratio
counter at the event locations.

Delegates who are invited or registered through "Program Owner", please contact the Registration Hotline
5730 or 010-466 8962 and speak to Moon or Kar Khoi. These numbers are operational from 0900 - 1800 hours, 14t
November 2015.

As this event is held in conjunction with the ASEAN Summit, the two event locations are under high security control
cooperation in adhering to the safety and security protocol (including movement, transportation, etc.) required by th
Organiser and PDRM is highly appreciated. Please wear your delegate badge at all times in order to gain access to
event locations.

TRANSPORTATION
Car Parks

There will be parking spaces beside DDEC. These are free parking spaces on first- come first-served basis, availab
19th to 22nd November 2015. Alternative parking spaces are also available with payment, on first-come first-served
the multi-level parking on Jalan Persiaran KLCC.
Public Transportation

With a wide array of transportation options to choose from, getting to 1AES 2015 is a breeze. The Putra LRT KLCC
is within walking distance to 1AES 2015. Taxi services are also just a click away. 1AES 2015 also provided shuttle v
the different routes as below to the event venue start from 7.00am - 6.30pm from 16th - 22nd November 2015. Plea

Water dispensers are provided at the event locations but we strongly recommend that you bring your own t
to reduce the usages of paper cup.

keeping the event locations clean and pleasant.

The event locations are non-smoking areas. Smoking is allowed strictly in the specially designated smokin
areas.

You are strongly recommended to bring along cap, hat, umbrella, rain coat, etc. to ensure that your itinerary
interrupted by any weather condition.

Please adhere to the safety and security protocol and instructions of the security crew. Please alert the sec
