FS/KS1 Nativity
The first performance is on Monday
7th at 2.00pm. On Tuesday 8th
December please bring children back
at 6.20pm, dressed in costume for the
evening performance. Tickets are
required for entry.

Lunchboxes
Please put your childs name on their
lunchbox. So many of them have the
same design!

Parent Governor Elections

We have vacancies for two Parent
Governors. Details of how to nominate
someone have been sent home today.
Please consider if you would be willing
to take up this important and
worthwhile role in school. Please speak
to Mrs Gregory or Alison Quigley
(Chair of Governors) for further
details or information.

Year 3 Class Assembly

Year 3 Class Assembly will be at
9am on Thursday 3rd December.
Parents are welcome to attend.
The assembly will last around 1520 minutes.

Christmas Jumper Day

On Friday 18th December 2015
the children may wear a
Christmas jumper and nonuniform. Donations of 1.00 per
child will go to charity (Macmillan
Cancer Support, Make A Wish
UK, Save the Children). Please
see attached for design ideas.

Y2 Library Visit on Friday

KS2 Christmas Evening

Ticket numbers for the KS2
Christmas Evening are very high
and we are unlikely to be able to
issue any extra tickets this year.
Please encourage extended
family members to come to the
afternoon performance on
Tuesday 15th December. We will
check numbers on Friday 11th
December and issue additional
tickets at this point if possible.

Weve received a donation of 200 from Asda as we were
recently nominated to appear in the Chosen for you, given by
us green token vote at Fulwood Asda. We will spend the
money on items for our new school garden area.

School Garden
Im sure you will have noticed our new greenhouse made from
empty water bottles in our new garden area. Our Gardening
Lady, Denise Heys has worked very hard with the Gardening
Club pupils and Mr Sanders (volunteer) to begin to create this
new and exciting resource for our pupils. Watch this space for
more gardening news over the next twelve months!

Rock FM Mission Christmas

We have signed up as a drop off point
for Rock FM Mission Christmas.
They are asking you to buy an extra
present this year that they'll give to a
disadvantaged local child to make
their Christmas morning special.
They are looking for new, unwrapped
gifts suitable for children and young
people aged 0-18 years, and you can
donate at our drop off point.
