Stations with sale of international tickets

The sale of international train tickets in the stations, based on 3 station categories:

1) 5 'international' stations

These 5 stations dispose of specialized international ticket offices with the complete international offer of the SNCB.

Bruxelles-Midi, Bruxelles-Central, Bruxelles-Nord, Liège-Guillemins, Anvers-Central

2) 34 'mixed' stations

At the ’domestic traffic’ ticket offices in these stations, you can also buy your tickets for a wide range of international trains (Thalys, Eurostar,
TGV, ICE, conventional international trains etc.).
From 8h30 to 18h30, the complete international offer of the SNCB is available. Before 8h30 and after 18h30, you can only buy international
tickets for immediate departure.

Alost, Anvers-Berchem, Arlon, Braine-l'Alleud, Bruges, Bruxelles-Luxembourg, Bruxelles-National-Aéroport, Bruxelles-Schuman,


Charleroi-Sud, Courtrai, Denderleeuw, Eupen, Gand-Dampoort, Gand-Saint-Pierre, Gembloux, Hasselt, Herentals, Huy, Knokke, Libramont,
Lierre, Louvain, Louvain-la-Neuve Université, Malines, Mons, Namur, Ostende, Ottignies, Saint-Nicolas, Tournai, Turnhout, Verviers-Central,
Vilvorde, Waterloo

3) 69 collect stations

At the domestic traffic ticket offices, you can collect the international tickets you ordered and paid on-line (www.b-rail.be) or by phone through
SNCB's Contact Center International at +32 (0)70 79 79 79 (€0,30/min.). In 31 of these collect stations (situated along cross-boarder railway
lines) you can also buy tickets for the direct international trains stopping in the station concerned.

3a) 38 where you can collect the tickets you ordered and paid on-line by phone

Aalter, Aarschot, Ans, Ath, Audenarde, Blankenberge, Braine-le-Comte, Diest, Dinant, Enghien, Geel, Genk, Genval, Grammont, Hal, La
Hulpe, La Louvière-Centre, Landen, La Panne, Lede, Leuze, Liedekerke, Mol, Nivelles, Rixensart, Schaerbeek, Saint-Trond, Soignies, Spa,
Termonde, Tielt, Tirlemont, Tubize, Waremme, Wavre, Wetteren, Ypres, Zottegem

3b) 31 stations where you can collect the tickets you ordered and paid on-line or by phone and where you can also buy tickets
for the direct international trains stopping in the station concerned.
