    reader response questions. For example, Does the proposal's introduction capture my
    attention? If not, do I have a suggestion?
    Is the question clear? Do you provide enough evidence/support that this question is researchable?
    If so, do you have a solid plan to study and write about your question? Does each paragraph have
    a purpose? What features stand out?
