VISION:
Osama bin Laden had a clear and consistent visionattack America. He

METICULOUS NATURE:
As a leader should be organized and should have a set of plans on which he
could discuss and negotiate with his team. Osama, being a leader, indeed
paid very deep attention to every detail of his mission. He was patient and
always took enough time to plan and execute, he asked his team for flaws in
his plan and took notice of every point.
Take an example of 9/11 attack, Bin Laden summoned Khalid Sheikh
Mohammed to Kandahar and gave approval for Mohammed to go forward
with the plot. A series of meetings occurred in spring of 1999, involving Khalid
Sheikh Mohammed, Osama bin Laden, and his deputy Mohammed Atef. Bin
Laden recommended four individuals for the plot. Khallad and al-Taizi were

Mohamed Atta and other members of the Hamburg cell arrived in
Afghanistan, he was involved in selecting them for the plot, and assigning Atta
to be the in charge .He met with Atta several more times for additional
instructions. The selection of hijackers was entirely a decision made by him.
